Shipping & Returns

Periodically, we do! You will see a FREE SHIPPING banner at the top of our page when our FREE SHIPPING promotions are running. All qualifying orders will include free economy shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

Some oversized or overweight items may not qualify for free shipping, and may require additional fees. If you are stuck with a shipping question, e-mail us directly at: info@fishnortheast.com

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly and accurately as we can. Most orders will ship within 1-2 Business Days.

If you need your order shipped sooner, please call the shop directly. If we are in a position to help, we will!

When you placed your order, you should have received an order confirmation from us with your shipping details included.

An additional charge may be applied to certain rods, or items over 6ft in length. If there are multiple items in your order which require specialized shipping materials or rates, the charge will only be applied once for the total order.

If you have a short-term deadline and need your gear beforehand, please reach out to see if we can help.

Some deadline may be physically impossble to hit due to shipment methods, time of year, or national holidays. If we are able to help, we will do anything we can to get you out of a pinch!

Returns & Exchanges

If you have an item from an order that you would like to return or exchange, you can return it within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Conditions:

  • The item must be new and unused, and must include all of the applicable manufacturer tags and ID stickers.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, and include all accesosries.
  • Custom orders, spooled line, and items on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Once we approve your return or exchange, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

All returns must include a copy of their Return Merchandise Authorization number, and be sent to:

After we receive your shipment, it will take between 1-2 business days to process your return.

Gift Cards & Certificates

After you thank your friends or family for your gracious gift, head straight to any product section and start filling up your cart!

Once you reach checkout, enter the gift card number into the discount code section of the checkout page.

The answer is YES! If you've filled up your cart and it exceeds the value of your gift card, after you enter the gift card number into the discount code section, the payment screen will ask you to enter your CC information to settle up for the remaining balance.

Product Information & Technical Help

Most items are insurred by a manufacturer's warranty for at least 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you are unhappy with your item, or believe it should be covered under warrantee, please reach out by e-mail (info@fishnortheast.com), or give our team a call: (844) 401-3474.

To the best of our ability, we provide all of the necessary information for your items in order for you to use them properly and enjoy them! That being said, some items that may seem like they have a manual do not.

We recommend going straight to the item manufacturers website to obtain tecnical product manuals and materials. If you can not find them on their website, reach out to the brand directly to see if they can help.
