Shipping policy
Most orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed and packed the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, once the order has been packed and labelled.
We process and ship online orders 7-days/week, with regular carrier pick-up's and drop-off's Monday through Friday. There are limited pick-ups and drop off options on Saturdays and no package pick-ups or drop offs on Sundays or major holidays.
All displayed carrier delivery days are "business days" and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
FREE Shipping Options: We typically offer free shipping when orders reach a specific dollar amount. These amounts can change, depending on the programs we are running at the time. Free shipping options for rod tubes and oversized options typically require a higher order value.
Delivery times for Free Shipping options are not guaranteed. Timing is typically between 3-7 business days, but can take up to 15+ business days for rod tubes and oversized packages.
FREE Shipping Destinations: Due to shipping costs, we currently only offer Free Shipping to destinations in the Continental USA.
Rod Tube and Oversized Item Shipping: USPS is the only carrier we currently have as a practical option for Free or Paid Shipping for rod tubes. Delivery times for rod tubes can take 2-3 weeks, depending on USPS network issues.
UPS and FEDEX rates are currently cost-prohibitive, but we are working improve these carrier options.
"Mixed-Size" orders: Shipments with a mix of Rods/Oversized and "regular sized" items will only display either "FREE SHIPPING - FREE" or "Shipping - $___.__". The rod tube / oversized portion will ship via USPS and the other items will ship based on our discretion, taking timing and cost into consideration.
For Calculated Shipping rates: In addition to our "flat rate" and "free" options, we also display carrier options and rates (for "regular sized items"). These options are calculated and displayed during the checkout process under "Shipping Method". Simply click on the arrow next to "Shipping Method" to see the various options available for each order.
Overnight / Expedited Shipping: We offer various expedited options for standard-sized items. Please note: orders received after 2:00pm will not ship until the following business day. Additionally, Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered shipping days or delivery days (unless specifically noted on the service, ex. Saturday delivery). International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
