C&H Lures Ballyhoo Bait Springs provide a fast and simple way to secure natural baits to pin-style trolling rigs. Designed for ballyhoo, and other rigged baits, the springs help streamline bait preparation when building or refreshing an offshore trolling spread, or rigging dredge baits.

To use, position the bait spring in front of the pin on the rig, insert the pin through the front of the bait, and twist the spring over the pin to secure the bait's head in place. This straightforward system eliminates the need for traditional rubber bands or copper rigging wire and makes it easier to prepare consistent bait presentations.

Constructed from stainless steel for durability in saltwater environments, these bait springs can be used repeatedly throughout a day of trolling. Two sizes accommodate different bait profiles: Regular is recommended for Small and Medium Ballyhoo, while Large is designed for Select and Horse Ballyhoo.
