The Daiwa 2026 Tatula MQ LT 60 Year Limited Edition Spinning Reel celebrates Daiwa's 60th anniversary with exclusive styling and a lightweight, performance-focused design. A distinctive sterling silver finish sets the limited-edition model apart, while its Zaion V Monocoque Body provides a rigid, lightweight foundation for Daiwa's AIRDRIVE DESIGN technologies.

A lightweight Zaion V AIRDRIVE ROTOR works with the seamless tubular AIRDRIVE BAIL to reduce weight at the front of the reel and provide smooth, responsive rotation. The AIRDRIVE SPOOL further reduces rotational resistance and improves overall reel balance, while the MQ construction eliminates the traditional body cover in favor of an engine plate that screws directly into the body. This design increases rigidity, improves water resistance, and creates additional space for a larger-diameter drive gear.

Exclusive details complete the anniversary design, including a machined aluminum handle arm and custom Zaion handle knobs. Available in 2500 and 3000 sizes with high-speed gear ratios and deep-capacity spools, the 60 Year Limited Edition Tatula MQ LT combines collectible anniversary styling with the lightweight performance and refined operation expected from the Tatula series.

Features:

• Air Bail - Designed with a smaller diameter, reducing the weight of the front unit, while still providing strength. In comparison to previous light weight models, weight is reduced by 33% (2500 size). The angle of the bail has also been altered, improving line management by guiding the line through the line roller with ease.
• Air Rotor - A newly developed Rotor maintains the strength of previous designs, while significantly reducing weight. a 16% weight reduction from previous light weight models allows for trouble free, flawless rotation.
• Air Spool - A new spool skirt design to further reduces weight for improved oscillation, less resistance during rotation and better overall balance of the reel.
• Monocoque Body - MQ Body takes reel design to the next level. The MQ system does not require a body cover, instead using an engine plate to screw directly to the body. Eliminating the need for screws to hold a body cover in place. MQ body improves the strength of the reel, it also improves the water-resistance of the body and allows a larger diameter drive gear to be installed.
• Zaion V Body - A new generation of lightweight Daiwa’s resin and carbon material. The Zaion V material is both strong and incredibly lightweight.
