Daiwa - Side Cutters

Daiwa Side Cutters are fishing line cutters designed for cutting monofilament and braided line and for landing and releasing gamefish. They’re available in 6-inch and 7-inch lengths to handle catches both large and small. Daiwa says the design is 30% thinner and 30% lighter than standard cutters, which makes them easier to handle.

The cutters are made from heat-treated carbon steel hardened to Rockwell C grade and nickel-coated for corrosion resistance. A double tempering process protects the cutting edge for clean, consistent cuts. Drilled, rubber-coated handles give a secure grip in wet and slippery conditions.
