Daiwa - Saltiga SL Semi Long Jigs

The Daiwa Saltiga SL Semi Long Jigs are premium offshore metal jigs built for a controlled horizontal fall and an erratic swimming action. They’re made for tuna, amberjack, yellowtail, grouper and other offshore gamefish. Each jig is precisely balanced and weighted, so it glides from side to side as it sinks. That gives a natural presentation and keeps the lure visible to fish throughout the water column.

A specially shaped tail catches water on the retrieve, which makes the jig slice back and forth with a sharp, darting action that looks like a fleeing baitfish. You get the horizontal sliding fall on the drop and the erratic movement on the lift, so the Saltiga SL Semi Long can draw strikes both on the way down and on the way up. That action works well for vertical jigging and for working different depths offshore.

Each jig comes with two heavy-duty VMC 7264 assist hooks. They give you durable hardware and several rigging options for different techniques and conditions. With precise weight distribution, a responsive swimming action and quality components, the Saltiga SL Semi Long Jig is a versatile choice for anglers chasing a wide range of offshore species.
