Iland Hood minimizes ballyhoo washout at all trolling speeds.  Allows fisherman to swim Ballyhoo 4-8” below the surface at speeds up to 12 knots. 3D eyes, sonic vibrations, and a flash of silver makes this rig deadly on offshore Pelagius.

Works best with medium and small baits.  Quickly attach a pin rigged ballyhoo or simply use a toothpick.
