The super sharp, forged, black nickel hook is designed with a long shank and round bend to hold larger baits while allowing the hook point to be well above the bait body for a better hook up ratio. And, there is a specially added bait keeper barb below the hook shank to keep scented grubs or baits in the the proper position for best presentation in payoff water.
